Shipping Methods
DELIVERY
All UK orders are sent via 'Tracked' service.
International orders are sent via 'Royal Mail International Tracked' service.
We aim to ship all orders out within 1-3 business days. A tracking number will be sent to you.
All shipping costs are calculated at the checkout. Postage & Packaging fees are applied to every order, and are calculated based on value, weight and country of destination. These up-to-date shipping costs align with 'Royal Mails Price List' and are *subject to change*.
All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Contact your local authority for questions related to the amount of duties or taxes you will be responsible for.
If an order is returned to us as 'return to sender/undelivered' the postage cost to reship will be the customers responsibility.
We are not responsible for any parcels once dispatched. We are not liable for any lost, damaged or delayed packages caused by postal / courier related issues.
Returns & Exchanges
VINTAGE ITEMS
Unfortunately vintage items cannot be returned. They have been worn and are therefore not new in their appearance or construction. Minor flaws are part of their heritage, character & charm. If faults appear after an item is purchased this is unfortunately part of the item’s worn and aged nature and therefore we cannot refund an item for this reason. All items are however thoroughly checked and described fully in our listings, with an Excellent/ Very Good/ Good condition rating.
Please check size and measurements carefully. We list as many measurements as possibly, but if you require more please don’t hesitate to email us. We don’t exchange or refund if the items doesn’t fit.
AQUARIUS RISING COLLECTION
All our non vintage items are listed with full measurement details. If however you receive your item and find the size is not fitting quite right, we will happily exchange it for a size that fits you better. Simply follow the return instructions below.
• You must include your order number
• Item(s) must be returned to us within 7 days of receiving them to be accepted for an exchange.
• Item(s) must be returned to us in the same condition as sent, unworn.
• Items are returned at your own risk and cost, we advise for you to use a tracking method to post your item(s) as Venus in Leo cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post.
• We cannot refund any postage and packaging costs.
• Once we have received your returned item(s), your exchange will be processed within 7 working days
• All requests to return items after 7 day period has passed will be denied
